Recruitment
Our Recruitment Team is focused on sourcing and selecting top talent that aligns with our clients’ needs and company values. They manage the entire hiring process—from screening candidates to onboarding new hires—with precision and care. To ensure timely and strategic placements, the team works closely with the Operations Team to stay informed about client priorities, urgent hiring needs, and required replacements. This collaboration allows them to respond quickly and effectively, maintaining workforce stability and client satisfaction
Operations
Our Operations Team ensures the smooth execution of daily business activities and serves as the bridge between our clients and employees. They manage concerns raised by both parties, monitor employee performance at assigned store locations, and uphold service quality standards. Working hand-in-hand with the HRD Team, they help enforce company and client policies, ensuring that all staff maintain professionalism, discipline, and productivity throughout their assignments. This collaboration strengthens accountability and supports a high-performing workforce.
Field Supervisors
Field Supervisors ensure smooth store operations by overseeing staff performance, gathering on-site feedback, and coordinating with HR and Operations. They regularly visit store teams to address concerns, and act as a key liaison between our clients and the head office of our manpower agency—supporting clear communication and strong partnerships across all levels.
Accounting
The Accounting Team plays a vital role in supporting our company’s operations. They work closely with the HR and Operations teams to manage payroll, budgeting, and financial planning, while also collaborating with clients to ensure accurate invoicing and reporting. Their expertise and coordination help keep everything running smoothly across departments and beyond.
