Job Descriptions

You will be the first point of contact for customers, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your role is to assist shoppers, promote products, manage transactions, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You’ll play a key part in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with product inquires and purchases.
  • Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
  • Provide product recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
  • (CSS) Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions.
  • (CSS) Monitor inventory and restock shelves as needed

Requirements Summary

  • College Graduate (RSS, CSS )
  • College Level (Promoters)
  • Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift light merchandise
